Glyph Pillars
A sculptural exploration of three dimensional typographic form in different materials, January 2023. Inspired by the typographic experiments of Takenobu Igarashi, calligraphic marks from various languages and writing traditions were digitally transformed, laser cut from different materials, and physically stacked to create interactive, spiraling sculptural forms.
