My name is Laetitia, I am an artist, art registrar and president of a charity club in East london.

 

The club and I decided to support the east london homeless community in an original & creative way, and conceived a project called "the Bites of London ".

I have designed and produced a special four-course meal kit matched to distinctive London landmarks.
Through collaboration with FoodCycle and Thames Reach-Employment Academy the campaign consists of the production and selling of a recipe and spice sample booklet “Bites of London”.
The aim of the campaign is to encourage an appreciation for some of the culinary dishes with origins in Britain and connections to London while using the funds to support charities based in London.
The project will support charities in equipping people on their journey away from their previously homeless state with life and work skills, through training, workshops and work opportunities.
