This project was to take an original product from around the home and re-design to fit the 'Life Extension' category.
I focused on 'optimal lifespan'. I achieved this by replacing the small plastic handle with a larger wooden alternative, making it easier to hold. Wood is also a naturally occuring material and therefore more sustainable. By changing these factors the product will more likely last longer.
