This is an illustration I created for a client named The illustration features her family, with a focus on her son Morris, who recently lost his father.
The purpose of this illustration was to honor the memory of Morris's father (may his soul rest in paradise).
I encountered challenges while working on this project, particularly in determining the appropriate trim size for the printed book. Mrs. Megan was unsure about the trim size, so she connected me directly with the publisher. Through collaboration, we were able to resolve this issue and find the right trim size for the book. Unfortunately, I'm unable to share the entire work at this time.
I thoroughly enjoyed crafting the rough sketches based on Mrs. Megan's instructions. Infusing my own creative initiative to achieve picturesque scenes for the illustration pages was gratifying. The experience was truly rewarding, and I find immense satisfaction in my work. The act of materializing people's imaginations brings me great joy as it adds vibrancy to my role.
