En un edificio con más de 50 años, fue solicitado un departamento extra para renta, el COMO podríamos crear la mejor experiencia con lo mínimo en recursos era la principal consigna. Nuestro interés por integrar el nuevo espacio con la naturaleza y el área circundante existente era importante para crear espacios llenos de luz natural y bien ventilados, así como aprovechamos la vegetación exterior a nuestro favor para dar sombra y tener una vista agradable.
In a building with more than 50 years, were asked an extra flat for rental, HOW we could create the best experience with the minimum resources was the main issue. Our interest to integrate the new space with the existing nature and environment was important to develop spaces full of natural light and well ventilated,
as we took advantage of the nature to give natural shades and have nice views.
