The project assignment was to convert the circa 1909 Husted Hall entryway and lobby into a welcome center experience for visitors to the University's downtown satellite campus and to introduce them to the downtown complex of historic classroom buildings. This site was the home to UAlbany before the completion of the Uptown campus in 1962.
