Overview: Govhack is the largest open data hackathon in the southern hemisphere, and one of the largest in the world. It's a festival of ideas where teams from all over Australia and New Zealand use government data to create projects within 48hrs that could make our lives and communities a better place.
Task: As a marketing lead of GovHack, I sensed the need to reinvent GovHack's image by showcasing what exactly GovHack is. Therefore, in this video I used GovHack brand colours and photos from previous years to provide prospective participants a vision about GovHack and what they can achieve. The colours, transitions etc. present GovHack's essence which is to create something amazing in just 48hrs while having fun and making friends.
