De Zeeotter - The Seaotter

Can an animal become a piece of furniture? Sea otters spend 80% of their lives lying on their backs in the water. While lying on this daybed, you experience the feeling of an otter cub floating in its mother's arms. When sea otters go hunting, they collect shellfish in the flap of skin under their arm. They then look for a hard surface, a stone, which they place on their belly to open this catch. That is why this daybed has a unique compartment under the armrest that holds ren railing table. With this addition, food or drinks can be placed on the armrest without worry. Organic and sleek in shape, the daybed provides comfort when it is necessary to take a rest.

Using the characteristics of the sea otter as inspiration, the daybed is not only comfortable but also extra functional as a tribute to the cleverness of this special animal.
