Elarged print of polaroid on vinyl outdoor banner (size 2' x 3')

 

The objective of this study was to play with the juxtaposition of
the subject (death) and the medium used to capture it (polaroid camera).
I found the contrast between the location (a final eternal resting place)
and the instantaneous camera system to be interesting.

I printed these pictures on an outdoor support so that they can be shown outside
without concerns the about the fragility typical of photographic prints.
I also like the look of the print on plastic. It ads a bluriness and a strange feeling
that accentuate the emotions and the relation between the subject and the support.
