A series of photographs about an island called Corfu. I must say that I really enjoyed the whole process of taking these photos, from spotting the right person or a view to trying to capture it in the best possible way. It was an exciting and at the same time an overwhelming experience since I am not completely used to shooting documentary or so-called street style photography where you have to blend into the environment, always prepare for the perfect moment and carry your camera everywhere you go. During my vacation in Corfu, I felt more mature not only as a person but also as a photographer. Many moments were captured on the beaches. I have always been interested in the daily life of people living somewhere in the South. This is one of the main reasons why I have decided to capture the moments more naturally, the way we really look at the beach. Other photographs are beautiful fragments or the impressive nature of Corfu. The choice of black and white colors perfectly combines all the photos into one piece. I hope these photographs will become a path of reflection or simply something interesting to look at.
