Architectural Renderings

As a designer at M3 Creative in Seattle, I created numerous architectural renderings for high-profile projects, including professional sports stadiums, casinos, and airports across the nation. These renderings were often used as the cover image to compliment and sell comprehensive retail & food service design/build presentations.

A colleague generated 3D wireframe models of the environments in AutoCAD, which were exported as TIFF images. In Photoshop, using a Wacom drawing tablet, I executed the color rendering, integrating hand-drawn elements and other assets crafted in CorelDRAW.

In collaborative scenarios, multiple team members contributed to different sections of the same rendering, which were composited seamlessly into the final image. Ensuring a consistent art style between us was imperative, so that the final rendering looked as if it was done by a single artist.

Nitro • Giants/Jets Football Stadium
Automotive-themed bar/restaurant concept that was part of a large proposal for the Giants/Jets football stadium.

I worked on this rendering with several other team members, where in the end, the final piece needed to look as if it was the work of a single individual.

The billboard was modeled in AutoCAD, with the majority of the billboard art created in CorelDRAW. The final rendering was completed in Photoshop using a Wacom drawing tablet.

Location map I illustrated showing billboard locations and key viewing angles of the Santa Ana Star casino from the highway.

This was created using a Google maps image as reference, then the roads and other graphics created in CorelDRAW, with the rest of the rendering finished in Photoshop using a Wacom drawing tablet.
