Sekalutra 2022 (Senja Kawula Muda Keroncong Orkestra)

Sekalutra is a music performance that will be held under the auspices of the Krontjong Lapis Legit Student Activity Unit and will collaborate with the Bumi Siliwangi Orchestra which is a Talent Interest Unit under HIMAMUSIK UPI Bandung. This Sekalutra presents a combination of music and orchestra featuring old songs such as Bandung Tempo Dulu to modern songs with details, 3 keroncong works, 3 classic pop works, and 3 collaborative works wrapped in orchestra and music. keroncong so that the appearance presented is attractive. This show presents a calm twilight atmosphere, bringing warmth and Sunny nuances

Challenge

It is quite difficult to realize the atmosphere that was built to support the presentation of the musical concept of this Sekalutra Concert, because we have to instill the perspective of this twilight atmosphere in the minds of the audience before they witness the performance of this music concert. Therefore, I created a trigger to instill this twilight perspective through the colors used in visual branding at this time by combining them with other supporting elements.

Visual Concept

Sunset or also known as twilight is a natural phenomenon that we experience every day. Dusk is a beautiful and so colorful thing in this world, even at dusk it becomes a strength for humans who need calm as an effort to relieve fatigue in their souls and minds.

Concept Logos

This logo was created using a type of logo, namely a logo whose main object uses text/name by applying a psyche delic design style combined with a vintage style to build an atmosphere of the past.

This type of logo is combined in one form, namely sunset. which describes the twilight atmosphere that builds a sense of serenity as a release for fatigue in the soul and mind, as well as the expanse of the main theme of this event

In this type of logo there are two musical instrument objects, namely the contrabass from the orchestra and the cuk from the keroncong which was formed from an exploration of the letters S&A by using a psychedelic design style on the text which aims to connect the logo. with upcoming events
