THE PROJECT
Last year I unfortunately missed out on a project that had a fabulous rhyming script.
I'm talking Dr. Seuss style, the real good stuff.
So when this rhyming project for a Men's Rapid Fertility Test landed in my inbox,
I made sure to be on the team! Studios AnchorPoint and Wonderlust led the project
and did an amazing job directing and animating the fun scenes I illustrated below.
STYLEFRAMES
The client already had a clearly defined color palette, including a neat little splash of pink.
So the styleframing period was mostly about defining the visual style and character designs.
ILLUSTRATIONS
Once the style got approval, I moved into illustration, keeping everything simple and clean
as we knew from the brief that the animation would be pretty fast-paced. The frames
also included lots of stock-footage that would need to merge nicely with the illustrations.
And of course, a few phallic-related easter eggs here and there. Have fun spotting them
in the final animation over on AnchorPoint and Wonderlust's channels!
