Todos tienen días buenos y días malos, días en los que solo se pasa recostado en la cama y en los cuales la cabeza no deja de maquinar preguntas existenciales y comparaciones, creando así ansiedad, la cual genera sentimientos de incertidumbre y lleva al desanimo, esta es la situación actual de Abigail, una joven de 23 años que comienza a sentir el peso de la vida adulta, pasa mucho tiempo acostada viendo al techo, en su celular, con su cuarto desorganizado y vajillas sin lavar.

Ella cansada de esta sensación y tras un último ataque de ansiedad, busca la manera de mejorar su estado de ánimo, ordena su habitación y empieza a hacer actividades que la han hecho feliz a lo largo de su vida, como leer, pintar, bailar; Abigail comienza a atesorar momentos haciendo aquello que la hace feliz y le permite estar presente, escapando así de la crisis de los 20s.

Everyone has good days and bad days, days in which we only spend lying in bed and in which our heads doesn't stop concocting existential questions and comparisons, thus creating anxiety, which generates feelings of uncertainty and leads to discouragement, this is the current situation of Abigail, a 23-year-old girl who is beginning to feel the weight of adult life. She spends a lot of time lying down staring at the ceiling, on her cell phone, with her disorganized room and unwashed dishes.

Tired of this sensation and after one last anxiety attack, she looks for a way to improve her state of mind, tidies up her room and begins to do activities that have made her happy throughout her life, such as reading, painting, dancing; Abigail begins to treasure moments doing what makes her happy and allows her to be present, thus escaping the crisis of the 20s.
