In an apartment in Warsaw, circled by green space, a sanctuary was created for all those who live life to the fullest, love to enjoy themselves, journeys and appreciate design. It is a place full of friendly energy, which brings people together, a place conducive to closeness, prepared for people with a growing family in mind. The key idea was moderation and creating a space, which would be best described by the Swedish word ”lagom” – ”just right”.

NATURE
The space is enriched by precious, natural materials, which creates a subtle, calming vibe in the interior. Stone has a leading role, used, for example, in the kitchen island, which has gained a decorative character thanks to it, turning into a specific sculpture. The whole is complemented by cotton, linen and veneer, bringing a lot of warmth to the interior.
DETAIL
The form was crucial for us. Scandinavian design and details come to the fore. The textures of brushed natural stone, mineral plaster adorning the walls, coarsely woven linen upholstery and intricate weaves of carpets.

COLOR
We devided the apartment into two color zones. The first consists of a living room with a kitchen, hall and bathroom. Bright, subdued colors dominate here, the beauty of which is emphasized by a large amount of decorative lighting. Black only appears as accents. The second zone is made up of a bedroom, a study and a dressing room. Grays combined with dark veneer dominate here. Mirrors and glazing can provide additional lighting in this part of the apartment during the day. You can observe simple color contrasts in the interior at night.
