This sustainable dress was constructed from the pages of recycled graphic novels. It combines imagery from contemporary Japanese manga and American superhero tales including Marvel's X-Men, Neil Gaiman's Sandman, and Takeuchi Naoko's Sailor Moon. With a touch of sparkling magic, the asymmetrical, black and white couture creation spirals with experimental draping inspired by the likes of designers Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen. Constructed for British actress, Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on "Game of Thrones" the dress includes an accent belt comprised of pages from a Goodwill Industries International, Inc., used copy of "A Game of Thrones".
