"Fragility" — illustration for charity web-zine Хрупкость.

It dedicated to osteogenesis (increased bone fragility) problem and other bone pathology. 

My work reflects the philosophy of kintsugi, a Japanese method of restoring broken ceramics using varnish mixed with gold powder. A broken thing that would normally be thrown away becomes a work of art.

What once “damaged” us invariably leaves its mark, but these flaws make people unique. It is important to work on your attitude to trauma and learn to accept it.
