Material Operations

Using one or two objects to develop an autonomously structured model fitting snug inside a 12-bottle wine box.
Manufacturing a new substance with a material and its structural properties.

Material: Straws

One module is made of two straws.
Connecting each module by the loops.
By using the flexibility of straws, I was able to create a structure that can expand and shrink through a connection made by the loops.

Hybrid Project
Collaborative work with Amahl Khalil

A model that can roll and transform into other forms.
The connections that hold the two parts of the model were created by using the same loops that I had used in my straw model. Inserting the loops inside the bottles through their necks to create an expansion.
