In my text class, I was tasked with picking a song and emulating the chorus through typography. After that, we had to print it out and create an accordion typography book.

I chose the song "Live Free" by: Mac Miller. Here was my design process for this project.

To start the project, I created a moldboard for different aspects of the song. I wanted to showcase visually the different emotions I felt by listening to "Live Free".

I made 2 different designs for the project. From there, I had friends and classmates look them over and give me their feedback. 

After I got feedback, I switched over to Illustrator to digitally design the accordion typography book. I used a variety of techniques to portray the emotions that I felt when listening to the song. Here is the final design!

Once I created the design, I printed it out and turned it into an accordion typography book.
