The development consists of four plots, and each one hosts a same type of residence that is organized on the land to favor the particularities of its surroundings.
The project concept emerges from the idea of achieving optimal protection and transparency, leveraging contact with nature and natural light. To accomplish this, the villas materialize through the expression of an elegant folded piece that generates shaded areas, covered and uncovered, and extensive glass facades, thus creating interior spaces of great spatial richness, where boundaries blur between inside and outside.
