The Design Styles Architecture team worked with the Cardinal Point team to help come up with exterior paint options and visualization. Those services were taken even further by incorporated floor plans and visualization into marketing sheets demonstrating the features of each unit type available for purchase. Exterior model studies and color selections were also provided for the commercial building adjacent to the townhomes. This commercial building had to thematically work with the rest of the site since they are all part of the proposed mixed-use community.
