Patrick's Castle explores childhood dreams, regarding both aspirations as well as those which occur while sleeping. A series of eight drawings were done based on a castle model I constructed from objects I had collected throughout my childhood. The drawings then inspired a large mixed media walkthrough installation. Materials used include charcoal, chalk pastel, Crayola crayons, and found objects.
Installation covers approximately 130 square feet.
