Every spring semester RISD Apparel sophomores are challenged with a "grab bag" print challenge. This year our task was to use a digital print from fashion designer Nicole Miller and create our own garment. Having received a rainbow forest motif, I thought of delving into the vibrancy of the colorful graphic while still keeping the forest idea in mind. I created "Ordament" as a way of combating traditional ideals while paying homage to the simplicity of silhouette.
