My personal project was inspired by a Vietnamese restaurant doing business abroad - where I worked while I was an exchange student in Melbourne. In particular, Pho is the soul food of Vietnamese people. Besides, Banh Mi and other typical dishes of Vietnam from the north to the south are also included.
