What would the world look like, without negative feelings?
FEELINGS UNSENSORED campaign virtually creates such a world, by censoring the digital content that we consume daily, in collaboration with streaming platforms. Feelings such as sadness, anxiety, anger, and fear are censored in songs, series, and movies, similarly to how they are often covered in real life.
The word sadness is replaced with pauses in the lyrics of a famous song. An anxiety reaction is covered with mosaic in a popular movie. All censored content is accompanied with a message inviting the users to stop covering any negative feelings and ask for help.
The aim of this censorship is to stress that negative feelings are also an integral part of our lives. Ideal is not the world where negative feelings have vanished, but one where all feelings are expressed freely, with no censorship and no stigma, leading to their sanitation.
