Design Styles Architecture worked with Lennar to develop a townhome product that is being used in various locations that are leaning towards more dense neighborhoods. These twenty-foot wide townhomes were developed to capture the open space feel of a two-story single family home. The living, kitchen, and dining areas flow into each other nicely to create a spacious downstairs. Design Styles Architecture developed several unit types, varying in size, to fit the needs of the home buyers.
