My entry into AIGA Jacksonville's Always Summer Poster Show 2012. The task was to choose a song that represented summer for you and make a poster based on that song. I chose "Welcome to the Church of Rock and Roll" by Foxy Shazam, which I used as an excuse to create a love letter to Rock music history. Artists represented include Ziggy Stardust, Johnny Cash, Bruce Springsteen, Freddie Mercury, Kiss, Devo, The Clash, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones.
