Disability Awareness Campaign

For this University project, I was given a range of D&AD briefs to choose from. The one that stood out the most to me was the Google Campaign. The deliverables for this were to create three posters, a digital element as well as a non-traditional touchpoint.

For my topic of choice, I chose disability awareness as it's a topic that I feel strongly about. I also chose it because I thought that I could create a successful solution to the brief. For my non-traditional touchpoint, I chose to do a wheelchair cover design that had three colour versions. Wheelchair covers are something that I haven't personally seen done but it was something that related directly to my topic successfully.

As part of the digital element, I decided to go with a pop-up advert that would appear on websites. With this, I wanted to still have the bold typography that I had included on my posters. This brief was one of my favourites since it was based around typography but the main aim of this project for me was impact so that people were more inclined to look and see what the posters or pop-up advert is saying.
