Building plan modeling and visualization are crucial aspects of architectural design. They provide architects, designers, and real estate professionals with accurate and detailed representations of future buildings, facilitating effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Various visualization tools like Photoshop are utilized to create these representations.
In this portfolio project, we present 2D floor plans derived from the 2D plans of two opposite buildings in Casablanca, Morocco. Each building consists of three floors, a ground floor, and a roof. Our objective was to transform the existing 2D plans into immersive and visually stunning 2D models, showcasing the architectural potential of the structures.
To enhance the visual experience, we explored two different flooring options and integrated them into the final design. By employing advanced rendering techniques, we were able to illustrate how these flooring choices complemented the overall aesthetics of the buildings, adding depth and realism to the visualization. The 2D floor plans provide a comprehensive overview of the buildings' spatial layout, helping clients and stakeholders envision the potential of these structures.
Through this project, we aimed to demonstrate our expertise in transforming conventional 2D plans into engaging and realistic 2D representations. The result is a visually captivating portfolio piece that showcases our proficiency in architectural visualization and our commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.
