Task

Design the user experience and offer a visual solution for the game description screen and the game download scenario in the G5 Launcher. Don't be guided by the current app's UI - propose your own design. The design should be simple and accessible for the target audience, reflecting both the company's brand and the games' aesthetic. Our audience is women over the age of 35, mostly from the US. Most G5 Launcher users already play at least one of our games. When designing, consider the limitations and peculiarities of desktop applications.
Analysis

Before I started designing the screens, I downloaded a couple of games from the G5 Launcher, previewed its UX, and was about to get into the game when I remembered my goal. By the way, in the description of the launcher says that you can play with friends, but I can not find them.  For a general understanding of analogues and competitors I analyzed the interfaces of such game lunchers as Steam, Battle.net, Epic Games, 4game, My.games, Rockstar.
The interfaces of game lunchers have similar elements, but each of them has its own features:

- The main window contains a list of games, a library, messages, and a game store.
- The interface is easy to use and allows you to quickly find the game you want.
- Features such as chat, forums, friends, groups, and game sharing make Steam,      Battle.net, Epic Games, 4game, My.games, and Rockstar social platforms for players.

The target audience for casual games can vary depending on the specific game and its theme. However, women over the age of 35 from the United States can indeed be a significant part of the casual game's target audience. This is because casual games usually have simple gameplay that does not require much gaming experience and can be played for fun or recreation. Also, women over the age of 35 usually have more limited free time, so casual games may be more appealing to them than more complex games. But it is worth noting that the target audience for casual games may also include men and women of other age groups, as well as people from other countries.

The right side of the slider contains miniature screenshots of the game, a description, a play button and icons of available platforms to download. Below are the top 5 games, by clicking on which the user will go to a page about the game.

So you can find new friends or be pleasantly surprised that you and a friend have similar interests. Next is a text description of the game and its benefits, right block with the system requirements and the opportunity to share and ask questions. Below is a block with similar games.
