The brief was to create a concept for a black and white postcard  mailer to garner interests of potential buyers and renters to contact the team of agents. The mailer had to be simple and highlight variety of buildings available. Instead of going the usual route of saying the team had property for sale and for lease, I proposed a concept to illustrate the shophouses already in use by their future clients. Having the businesses already occupy the spaces would allow the team to further highlight the potential the property has for the client.
 
This was my final project at Colliers International. Sadly I didn't get to see it to print but I was happy I was able to leave by completeing all that was neccessary for the team.

Using Illustrator, I drew out the about image with their potential businesses such as boutique eateries, fashion outlets and specialty shops found to occupy shop houses across Singapore.

The properties under the agents are located in various hot spots across the island. Using the local MRT map as inspiration, a simple but informative graphic was created to showcase the locations.
