Sketchnote - 'Winning The Week'
Inspired by the book, ‘Winning The Week’ by Demir and Carey Bentley, I created a sketchnote
based on Part 1 of the 2-part book. Part 1 of the book talks about Building a Winning Plan.
As an entrepreneurial independent illustrator, graphic designer and creative consultant, I am a one-woman army juggling various aspects of her business. And so, I am all for planning, productivity hacks and managing my time and resources in a way so as to have a good work-life balance while crafting a life I find joy in.
I started by reading the book, and marking things that I wanted to come back to later. Next, I jotted down some rough ideas and sketches on a piece of paper. Then it was time to go digital. I laid out the rough notes digitally to plan out the visual composition making sure everything flowed organically. And finally, I created the fair rendition in color.
Do share your thoughts on the sketchnote, especially if you've read the book. :)
