Tampons are still taxed as a luxury item in many countries around the world, so let's make them a luxury item to give value to women's periods.
Penguin, in collaboration with Nuvenia (a worldwide brand of tampons that goes by different names depending on the country in which it is present, such as Bodyform, Nana, Libresse...) wants to give value to tampons by turning them into books.
