The king of the suburban wasteland.
He was elevated to the status of king by the scum of the lower city, mostly because of the fear of death and the desire, at least someday, to rise to the surface.
Today, it is already difficult to say whether he was once a man, or is a monster from birth. But with his bloodlust and reckless cruelty, animal hunger and thirst for flesh, he forever secured the status of something wild and far from man. 
Wielding a huge, by human standards, axe. It is hard to believe that a man could wield such a colossal weapon, which once again convinces us of the inhuman nature of the king.
The armor of the king is collected from pieces of various machines and aircraft that are dumped into the lower world, as well as all the rest of the garbage. Wearing various junk on his body, he stands out among the mass of his service members, dressed in ragged rags and homemade armor. 
With his army of motley scum, he intends to give battle to the upper city. Gradually building up his strength, he hatches a grandiose plan. 
 And who knows... Perhaps someday the lands of the city will shake from his majestic steps...
