On some days, your head is clouded with problems. And none of those self-help tips work. But you know what works when nothing works...
You grab your cutest eye mask. Give yourself those sweet 10 minutes. The desk is your bed now. And you go to the magic world.
The world that makes you forget the trivial problems and gives you a fresh perspective to solve the bigger ones...this is your sign to take that nap!
EOD = End of Deadline
It's 3 p.m. She is already tired from all the endless projects in her university. Just before she is about to shut her laptop, to grab a cup of coffee..a new mail pops up. With a new assignment. With the classic, modern-day deadline. EOD. She goes to grab 2 cups of coffee now. It's going to be long 8 hours, 59 minutes.
Christmas, come back.
We can leave the Christmas lights until January...but then January comes. And so do my tears, as I wrap up my Christmas tree and my holiday mood with it.
