It's Monday officially, and it's the cornbread frenzy today. We know that many people love this kind of bread, so here is a project devoted to them...
Not to bother you with the historical significance of the bread, we will shoot the recipe right out....
The recipes are all the same, and contain about:
1 cup unbleached flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 eggs, beaten
