I created an illustration for ILLUSTORIA ISSUE 20: Mystery, after being invited by guest curator Isabel Roxas. l am one of the four artists who were selected by her to be featured in the "Cabinet of Wonder."

I am intrigued by the mystery of the communication between trees. Scientists have discovered that trees communicate with each other through underground networks called mycorrhizal networks, in which fungi play a crucial role. These networks connect the roots of different plants, enable them to talk and cooperate with each other .
