Back in 2016, I was asked by the Brest's Roller Derby Team to create a new logo
for them. The previous one was made by myself in 2009 when I was still a student.
My first ideas were inspired by the NBA's team logos. Both of those ideas were based on the mystical figure of the greek Siren, mixed with a seagull - an animal you might encouter on each streets of the city.
Eventually, the Mermaid idea was selected, and exploited.
Following this, I was asked to create a new jersey for the team.
After a few trials, a design was finally selected: the Recouvrance design, named after the iconic bridge of the city which is displayed on it as well as on the logo.
