Experimenting with Apple's New Freeform Drawing Tool

Conceptual video using preset icons and curves I made myself using Apple's new program called Freeform. It is much like the old MacPaint or MacDraw.

Freeform is available in both Mac and i0S when any device in mobile or desktop is updated to Ventura or 13.2.1. Today is March 27, 2023.

Freeform graphics appear all raster based. Images can be cut and pasted into Photoshop at 144 dpi. The graphics can be saved in pdf format which results in any file being saved at 300 dpi.

I like this free program because it lets me draw somewhat complex curves that I cannot easily do in Illustrator. Sometimes, I just need two or three curves for a graphic.

The curves you see here are part of a set of pdfs that I have created with shapes I created by mostly random sweeps of my mouse. The movie software is Movavi. I do not want to seem pretentious but I see influences of Alexander Calder and Miro in what I have done.
