A seires of images from an epic 11 days expedition in the Himalayas, reaching up to the Everest Base Camp at 5364 meters above sea level. Featuring amazing views, as well as thin air and a cold climate, the trek is both fysically and mentally challenging. 

The Khumbu region in Nepal is famous for its Sherpa people. It is a region with no cars or regular roads. It is also among the highest areas on the planet, with a huge share of the world's tallest mountains, including the Mt Everest itself (portrayed in the last image in the series).
