Lien Divin gets its name from the French phrase meaning divine bond. The wine plays on the concept of aphrodisiacs, drawing inspiration from the Greek gods of love and wine, Aphrodite and Dionysus. The required theme of this project was animals of the Birmingham Zoo, which have similarities to the nature of desire in both humans and gods. The particular animals I chose, the Aldabra Turtle, Naked Mole Rat, and the Reticulated Giraffe, all have some strong connection to the concept of sexuality.
