Climate Action Month

This climate awareness campaign was run alongside a referral program to encourage customers to join Powershop. The project included creation of a separate identity for the campaign and a variety of visuals to be used across eDM and social media platforms to increase awareness. 
Customers were asked earlier in the year to provide insights around how they implement sustainability in their lives and the role of renewable energy in our energy transition. 

These customer responses were incorporated into the campaign to engage with existing customers and acted as a platform for customers to share their insights.
The customer feedback and insights were also collated into a digital wrap report. Information design and data visualisation were integral to this process to ensure the content was accessible and simple to understand.
This data also helped to inform ongoing marketing strategies and target areas for SEO and advertising. For example the insights taken around solar was then utilised to create solar landing pages on the Powershop website.
