The location for this project program is located in Niš. The subject of the work is the conceptual architectural-urban solution of a multi-family residential building. The residential complex is built on two sides, has access to the east is from Rajićeva Street and there is also dead end street to the west.
The area of the common yard in the west is largely greened and contains areas for sitting, gathering and playing for children. An extensive green roof improves the building from an ecological and aesthetic point of view.
On the ground floor, there are shops, a space for bicycles, for recycling garbage and a common room for the gathering of tenants. The building is a gallery type with floors P0+P+4. The idea is to make the gallery space multifunctional. In addition to the primary purpose of horizontal communications in the building, the gallery also has the role of increasing the level of socialization of the building's users. The eastern facade is glazed, and within the gallery there are benches and planters with greenery, to make the space more pleasant and suitable for socializing and gathering of neighbors. With the desire to separate the volumes with the apartments from the gallery, the idea is to have skylights that would achieve greater privacy for the apartments, as well as additional natural lighting.
Motives of apartment organization, such as a circular connection, division of day and night zones, concentration of wet nodes, dining in extended communication, were applied while designing. There are four apartments on each floor - structurally two-room and three-room. Larger apartments are oriented on two sides, while smaller ones are oriented on one side, but have the additional possibility of opening towards the skylights. The terraces of all the apartments face like a yard, due to favorable conditions in terms of noise and pollution.
The technical block and storage rooms for each flat are located in the basement. The underground garage is accessed by a car elevator, and some of parking spaces are parklifts.
The designed solution of a multi-family residential building stands out for the functional solution of the building assembly, and in addition, it largely connects the building with the surroundings and has a positive effect on bringing the residents of this community closer together. This solution offers a functional, modern and pleasant space to all users.

Lokacija za koju je predviđen projektini program nalazi se u Nišu. Predmet rada je idejno arhitektonsko-urbanističko rešenje objekta višeporodičnog stanovanja. Stambeni sklop je ugrađen sa dve strane, na istoku je pristup iz Rajićeve ulice, a moguć je i pristup iz slepe ulice na zapadu.
Prostor zajedničkog dvorišta na zapadu u velikoj meri je ozelenjen i sadrži prostore za sedenje, okupljanje i igru dece. Ekstenzivni zeleni krov unapređuje objekat sa ekološkog i estetskog aspekta.
U prizemlju su predviđeni lokali, prostor za bicikle, za reciklažu đubreta i zajednička prostorija za okupljanje stanara. Zgrada je galerijskog tipa spratnosti P0+P+4. Ideja je da galerijski prostor bude višenamenski. Pored primarne namene horizontalnih komunikacija u zgradi, galerija ima i ulogu povećanja stepena socijalizacije korisnika. Istočna fasada je ostakljena, a u sklopu galerije javljaju se klupice i žardinjere sa zelenilom, kako bi prostor bio prijatniji i pogodiniji za druženje i okupljanje komšija. Sa željom da se odvoje volumeni sa stanovima od galerije, ideja je da postoje svetlarnici kojima bi se postigla veća privatnost stanova, ali i dodatno prirodno osvetljenje.
Prilikom projektovanja svih stanova primenjeni su motivi organizacije stana poput kružne veze, podele dnevne i noćne zone, koncentracije mokrih čvorova, obedovanja u proširenoj komunikaciji. Na svakom spratu su po četiri stana – strukturno dvosobni i trosobni. Veći stanovi su dvostrano orijentisani, dok su manji jednostrano orijentisani, ali imaju dodatnu mogućnost otvaranja prema svetlarnicima. Terase svih stanova okrenute su kao dvorištu, zbog povoljnih uslova sa aspekta buke i zagađenja.
Tehnički blok i ostave za svaki stan nalaze se u podrumu. Podzemnoj garaži se pristupa auto liftom, a jedna broj parking mesta je dvoetažan.
Projektovano rešenje višeporodične stambene zgrade ističe se po funkcionalnom rešenju sklopa, a pored toga u velikoj meri povezuje objekat sa okolinom i pozitivno utiče na zbližavanje stanara ove zajednice. Ovo rešenje nudi funkcionalan, savremen i prijatan prostor svim korisnicma.
