GRAND OPENING COLLABORATION
Objective:
Develop a comprehensive pairing menu for a collaborative initiative between two distinguished brands, showcasing their premium offerings. This collaboration will feature artisanal Aguafrescas crafted in a Mexican scratch kitchen, harmoniously paired with high-quality cannabinoid products, marking the inauguration of a dispensary partnership.

Designed to invite consumers to consider their experience with the effects from different flavor profiles.
In commemoration of the inaugural opening of Maryland's first Cannabis Lounge, I curated this pairing menu to highlight the nuanced terpene flavor profiles and their associated benefits. Employing the four primary flavor profiles (terpenes) from the Aguafrescas and integrating terpene profiles from cannabis products, I collaborated with two esteemed wine sommeliers from Washington DC to craft exquisite flavor pairings.
TERPENES
Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in various plants, including cannabis that contribute to scent and flavor. They work synergistically with cannabinoids, influencing the overall effects through what's known as the "entourage effect." Different terpenes offer unique aromas and potential therapeutic benefits, enhancing the diverse qualities of cannabis strains.
