Menu Redesign: Nguyen Pho
This project challenged me to take an existing menu and redesign it to better fit the brand of the restaurant it serves. When starting, the first restaurant I thought of was Nguyen Pho, located in the River Market district of downtown Kansas City. Its branding is simple and clean, but the menu was cluttered and did not fit the logo or atmosphere. Taking on this project, my plan was to reflect the warm and simple color schemes and shapes in their logo to create a fun yet easy to read menu.

An important aspect of this project was simplifying prices and menu items down to make them more easy to follow for any reader.
All illustrations and graphic elements were done by me.
A punch card and table tent were additional aspects of the project. These small extra pieces to the puzzle extend the vision of the menu to alternate, smaller forms.
The final aspect was to create a mobile-friendly online menu and ordering system.
