Nicole Parsons uses her talents and experience to amplify the voice of women in leadership through strategic diversity initiatives. She has spent her career of more than twenty years working with managers to unravel unconscious bias and champion gender equity targets. Nicole graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and she has built a career on her progressive approach to human resource management. With her spouse, Francois, she enjoys traveling and finding new ways to enjoy time with family.
