INTERSTELLAR MAGAZINE
Interstellar is one of those movies that still resonates with me to this day. It touched my soul and sparked my curiosity about the infinite mysteries of the universe. Exploring the themes of mystery, humanity, survival, life, love, death, the universe, and infinity.
Goal & Challenge
Creating a Magazine or any Editorial Page is one of the fields (of design) I love the most. Playing with types, images, and compositions
is a way of releasing my creative play with the new and unfamiliar things our universe has to offer, molding and manipulating them into my own work. Part of the requirements for one of the subjects is to create an ebook magazine you are inspired by. Anything, that can tangibly see and translated through pages.

Solution
Since the magazine is a film, collecting (fine) images are one of the difficult parts. To collect images and still shots from the film, I made a screen capture of every second for every scene I needed. To do this well, I first started outlining the entire magazine, showing an overview of what specific scenes I needed to take a screen capture. For other images, exploring the web became an expedition and luckily I found a site (interstellarfilm.fandom.com) that is a fan of the film, which is also where many of the descriptions come from here. Other images and artwork are sourced from the web and each is credited to whoever created it.
Thank you!
For checking out this project.
