REPETA
The Repeta project is a collection of concrete interior design objects intended for catering units, which can be used indoors and outdoors. The project emphasizes sustainability both materially and ideologically. It gives new life to waste materials, from architectural debris to natural hard-shells. The objects are inspired by architectural motifs, indicating the preservation of value.
The project was made for the Design LAB incubation program of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency in cooperation with Concrazy.

MATERIAL EXPERIMENTATION
Great emphasis was placed on the material experimentation of the main raw material which is concrete. Focusing on sustainability, the main idea of the collection is to give new life to materials labeled as waste, such as brick or glass.
The layering of different materials and the playfulness of the surface treatment (polished and raw) can give the products a unique character. With this technique, an artistic view is created, the objects are treated as a canvas.

CONCEPT
The aim is not only to preserve the value of the raw materials, but also the shapes of the objects indicate the preservation of value. This was motivated by architecture, such as Hungarian buildings, historical styles.
The objects are based on basic geometric shapes such as cylinder, spheres and cuboids. One of the main characteristics of the objects is that the basic forms are not complete, since they are missing some cut-out pieces, thus referring to the demolition of the buildings. The use of bricks from demolition waste is evident from this.
