Ryde is a ride-hailing company based in Qatar, offers affordable B2C and B2B packages to serve expats. With the "Fareness" idea, Ryde plays a significant role in providing a high-quality service at reasonable prices for their customers and higher payouts for their drivers, ultimately leading to everyone's satisfaction.

Challenge:
Poor awareness compared to competitors.

Solution:
After reviewing market research, competitors accounts, the target audience, and after developing customer profiles aligned with trends, seasons, and lifestyles. We have suggested developing an awareness campaign that places the client first and center by connecting their lifestyle, current pain points, and the app benefits together. This has been done in line with our client's mission, which is o keep customers happy and satisfied.
