3 strings of dough are enough to make a complicated braid... This will become a fine bread!

After the dough is hard enough, leave the challah to breathe for a few minutes... Then add the secret "egg glasure"
You may add some poppy seeds or other types of seed. The next part is crucial, because it is called : baking
